Robotic AI taking more Jobs from Human’s Career

Robotic AI taking more Jobs from Human’s Career. Artificial intelligence is poised to eliminate millions of current jobs and in the US. This article is for most of those people who think robots and other AI-powered technology will soon steal their jobs.

A lot of US and UK adults now fear that Robotic AI will replace their jobs & career, and it might with the rate of artificial intelligence technology growth around the world. In our last post, we wrote a report that VMware & Google Cloud deal Extends Further, as hybrid partner for hyper-scalers. You can check it out before you continue reading. Jobs won’t entirely disappear; many will simply be redefine. Secondly, economist said that 80m US and 15m UK jobs might be taken over by robots

New research from different Robotic AI development companies has found the vast majority of United states and United Kingdom adults fear their jobs will be replaced by Artificial Intelligence, and they might if care is not taken. The Asians are not left out in the fear since, China, Korea, India and other tech countries are advancing.

To be more specific, a website called Fountech.ai did a survey of more than 2,000 people and found over 2/3 (67%) are concerned about the impact of artificial intelligence on their different careers. However, just 1/3 (which is 31%) believe artificial intelligence (AI) will not be able to replicate the cognitive abilities of human beings.

Robotic AI; artificial intelligence, jobs, research, Society.

Also, Dr Alex Allan, CTO and Founder of London-based Robotic AI startup Kortical in a recent interview on the Pocket-lint podcast, gave some interesting views on the Robotic AI subject. He stated as follows;

“You always see jobs opening up in previous industrial revolutions, but I think at some point AI is going to be capable of doing pretty much anything”.

He continued by saying that there will be challenges of how they will transition from a society where everyone has to have a job, to one where potentially you might not need that many jobs that directly influence the economy. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t mean there might not be jobs, but the jobs that did exist wouldn’t have to impact the economy in the same way it does at the moment, he said.

What to buy or watch next

In another discovery in a study by Fountech.ai, over half (58%) find algorithms which make recommendations, such as what to buy or watch next, ‘creepy’.

In the first place, if there’s a silver lining in the research, it’s that artificial intelligence (AI) has made fifty nine percent of the respondents more careful and aware of how their data is being collected and used.

Conversely, given the recent viral popularity of FaceApp – notwithstanding serious concerns around its data collection – it doesn’t seem to be holding many people back from using it.

Moreover, toom-mongering quotes from leading tech figures like Elon Musk, combined with sci-fi flicks like Terminator, appear to have a small proportion (twenty-four percent) of the population concerned about Robotic AI posing an existential threat to mankind.

Robotic AI impacts the society

On the whole, a healthy majority (62%) believe AI will do more good than harm. Around three-quarters (74%) want the US and UK government to do more to regulate AI and help to prevent its potential negative societal impacts.

Overall, it’s worth noting, as News was reported few days ago, that Gartner believes artificial intelligence will predominantly support human decisions in existing jobs rather than replace them.

What jobs will disappear by 2030?

Here are 13 jobs that are unlikely to exist in 2030:

  1. Travel Agents.
  2. Cashiers.
  3. Librarians.
  4. Postal Couriers.
  5. Bank Tellers.
  6. Textile Workers.
  7. The Print Industry.
  8. Sports Referees and Umpires.

AI will replace “repetitive” jobs–those tasks that can be automated like robots are doing in factories. It will also potentially replace many “white-collar” tasks in the fields of accounting, healthcare, marketing, law, hospitality, and other areas.

What the future of work will mean for jobs, skills, and wages?

These are some terms found while making a research for the US and UK fear that AI will replace their Jobs & Career article. They include; jobs at risk of automation and jobs that will be automated. Now my questions is; will robots reduce or increase human employment opportunities? Will robots create more jobs than they destroy? What jobs will Artificial Intelligence (AI) create? Next; what jobs will robots create? What other jobs will be replaced by robots? Last but not least, will ai take our jobs? We can provide answers to these many questions if we all can have a discussion together. Let’s hear your views from the comments section.
