It is so easy to save documents pictures or forms onto Google Drive as when you hit save on any window Google Drive is one of the options that pops up you can just hit saved there and then click on the move or see file and it will take you right to the file which you can Renee I have 1 million files in there it’s basically just like a digital filing cabinet really. Well I find Google Drive very helpfull in keeping my data safe and its use is really friendly. Also it become very easy for me to access my data from anywhere and dont need to keep my laptop along with me all the time and there is no doubt on its compatibility with Microsoft office which usually everyone is using so it become very easy to access google drive. Their is nothing to dislike about this, i really find it best for my use as it keeps my data safe with very easy accessibility from anywhere. After using this i really dont need to carry USB/mobile hard drive or any other data keeping devices. Currently i have data on Google drive less than 15 GB which is the maximum limit of this drive well but may be someone wants to safe more than 15GB so in that case people will dislike due to short space but for me as ordinary user 15GB is more than enough to get my file / Documents / picture and videos save and to access and share all these data with my friends/ Family and colleagues.

The thing I like the best about Google Drive is the ubiquitous and self-explanatory nature of the product. Every application or class assignments have a link to share documents via Google Drive. This makes things way easier. One can easily store the important documents and share or print them as required. One cool feature is present in the app version. The pricing of the storage space in excess of the free 15 GB of space is slightly on the higher side. Although it is worth every dime, yet in my opinion the free space of drive should be increased as it has been the same for the past decade. On the contrary file sizes have increased by leaps and bound. This is one avenue where Google Drive can be pricey.

I work on server and sometimes it is difficult to get access to various documents. Google Drive is search friendly and easily helps to track the document and put to use.

Also the thing that after some updates it starts working worst so there developers should work and try to fix that issues. Speed of uploading of large folders is also too slow that also need improvement. Free limit should be increased up to 50 Gb as 15 Gb is too less.

The downside could be restricted free storage. The feature of pdf editing on mobile App is lacking which is necessary when you want to edit the pdf’s.

What do you like best?
I like the ease of access and storage. Being able to view my documents anywhere and not needing to backup a laptop. I like the ability to store my photos as well. And the ability to edit documents easily and work on documents with other people remotely. I appreciate being able to share documents and review previous edits and see edits in real time.
I like that is easy to use and easy to teach other people how to use it, this is very helpful when working with family members who aren’t so technologically advanced. It is a great way for companies to stay organized and to share helpful documents and resources. I like the appearance of the drive and the apps that are included in the google drive.
Also, I like it being associated with m y email addresses and that each of my email addresses has its own drive that comes with it. It is universal and popular and seems too be a great way to connect. Personally, I love being able to chat with people when we are working on a document together and the ability to leave notes and comments for one another.

I sometimes find that it is difficult to find my documents. For some reason I can’t seem to organize my drive very easily and documents get lost. I think the ability to easily export and import without having to edit the appearance would be a great upgrade. It is frustrating when google sheets does not visually match and excel spreadsheet. Same thing with google docs and Microsoft word. I also with that the photos storage were less expensive or would go back to offering a free version.
I also would like it to be easier to access a helpline and speak to a real person when a question comes up or if I am having difficulty with something.

Great way to stay organized and to stay connected with the people in you are working with. Great also for students to track different edits of papers they write and a great way for students and workers to stay organized overall. It is also great for sharing documents and important information with friends an family. It is easy to use and easy to teach other people to use . The ability to comment and leaves notes is very helpful when working on a shared document. I also love the ability to chat with people that I am sharing a document with so we can have a virtual working meeting.

Most important use of google drive for me, you can use it to keep your documents online and download them when required, you can share the documents and can work in the collaboration with other people in a shared file, so distance is no longer a thing to consider.
Working on same sheet, doc is quite easy with Google drive which is like a gold. We can collect reviews or feedback for any product or training in a very little time, conduct surveys and take entries using a typeform. We can conduct quizzes online. Spreadsheets and documents can be used for presenting reports, grpahs, data and automation. View only sheets and documents can be created easily so that a person can see data without altering the integrity of document/sheet.
What do you dislike?
User interface is not easy to understand for beginners who are not technical completely hence there are complication for a new user to work on it. Internet requirements are little higher as bandwidth is a concern. Heavier data is a problem for Google drive to handle as it takes a little higher time to load in sheets. Searching is little bit slow and time-based sharing can also be incorporated. When a email-id is deleted, it deletes are the shared files as well.

This was the first cloud storage that was good and freely available so i started using it back when i was in school. Its been easy to use and later the app based platform has had so many updates i cannot complain about it at all. I love the idea of storing something online which i can access from anywhere easily.

The cost of the product and amount if storage available for free has reduced a lot over the years and now its a meagre data storage where i can onlg store the important documents. I understand the cost of building such platforms but google should make it more economic.
